Ar. Alok Kumar
Mr. Alok Kumar is a Graduate Architect from Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Engg. & Tech. under Shivaji University, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. He completed his Masters in Building Engineering and Management from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
He setup the organization in January ‘2009 and constituted Pvt. Ltd. firm in September’2009 after having worked with prestigious firms in India in the field of design and project management for almost a decade.
He has hardcore experience of working on largest projects of India in a key position . He also has got exposure to varied projects viz – Transportation infrastructure, Bio-technology park, master planning, SEZ’s , townships besides normal building projects.
Mr. Kumar was Planning and Design Manager for Mumbai SEZ (10 Thousand Hectare) development. He was also involved in Mumbai Metro Line – II Project as planning and design Manager for the consortium of Reliance , Siemens and Gammon India.
At TCG Real Estate, he was a design manager and handled projects viz – international biotech park, Pune ( 110 Acre ) development., IGIB south campus (CRRI Campus) New Delhi (11 Acres), World Trade Centre at Gurgaon etc. At Ernst & Young , he was a consultant to company’s Risk Advisory Services.
Besides professional involvements , he is also active on Academic front. He has attended many QIP programmes organized by AICTE , ISTE and CoA. He was Ad-hoc Faculty to Department of Architecture, D.Y. Patil College; was member of Board of Studies for formulating courseware for M. Arch in Construction Management in Shivaji University. He has got formal training in functioning of Railway systems at Railway Staff College, Vadodara. He was an ex visiting faculty to MBA (Real Estate) in GGS Indraprastha university, New Delhi, and currently a visiting Faculty to Department of Building Engineering and Management at School of Planning and Architecture , New Delhi.
